Now for the second question, J.B.; I know you are an
honest man. If you had actually 1 ) seen the Angel Moroni
and 2 ) the Gold Plates with your own eyes in broad
daylight, and 3 ) heard the Voice of God telling you that
it was translated correctly, and if you had been forewarned by Christ in a Revelation ( D&C 19:15-20 ) that you would receive Eternal Condemnation if you were to ever lie about your experience, would you have dared to deny your testimony under any circumstances ?

  I object ! I object !
I am not on trial here !

  You should have objected before
you took the stand. You cannot
pick and choose which questions
you will answer. You must answer
this question also, Mr. Prosecutor !

  Mr. Prosecutor, the Court is
waiting. Answer the question !

  Ohhh . . . No, I
guess not.

  Thank you, Mr. Prosecutor,
you have been most helpful. I have no further questions, your Honor.
