After 170 years, there is not one shred of evidence produced
that in any way weakens or casts a shadow of doubt on the
character, honesty, or testimonies of these Witnesses. They
received no personal benefit from their testimonies. To the
contrary, they suffered criticism, persecution, humiliation,
and serious drains on their time, resources and money. They
are sincere men stating what they really believe.

  I rule that their testimonies
as submitted are accepted as
irrefutable evidence.

All of the Witnesses not only say that they saw the Plates, but also state that
their testimonies have binding significance on the world. They insist that their
God-given Witness must not be dismissed lightly ; that all who read and hear it
will be accountable for their acceptance or rejection of the ancient record.
