to say Joseph didn ‛t just copy those marks from a book of Egyptian or Arabic characters ?
 
  There is an important possibility you are still avoiding, oh beloved defendant ! It ‛s obvious Joseph must have copied those characters from a book !  
     
  You got me there JB ! He did copy them from a book, but not a published book. No book examining Egyptian would be printed for several years after Martin had met with Professor Anthon, let alone be available to a young farm boy in upstate New York. But he did copy them from a book made of Golden Plates and written by Prophets.
