CLAIM FIVE

Now, let ‘s look into another so-called fantastic claim I make. My writings state that the ancient people wrote on gold in Reformed Egyptian and in Reformed Hebrew.

Mosiah 8:9

And for a testimony that the things
that they had said are true they have brought twenty-four Plates which are filled with engravings, and they are of pure gold.

  * El Castillo, the most prominent structure at Chichen-Itza, stands 100 feet high and has exactly 365
steps, one for each day of the year. El Castillo is most famous for the display of light and shadow
that occurs every spring and autumn equinox. As the sun strikes the pyramid, the light ( in the shape
of a serpent) appears and seems to descend from the crown of the temple down the steps to the
base where the enormous head of a feathered serpent ( the symbol of Kulkulcan or Jesus Christ )
rests. These amazing facts show that the Mayas did indeed understand the calender year as well as
the orbit of the earth around the sun.1
