CLAIM EIGHT

Our next subject : The claim I make that these ancient people had machinery.

  We see here at Machu
Picchu, Peru, that the Incas
were great builders.

The first white men to visit this continent
in modern times saw an old Indian squaw
pulling her possessions behind on two sticks,
and so they stated : “ The ancients did
not even have wheels, so how could they
have had machinery ? ” Yet My writings claimed
they did have wheels and machinery. (See Alma
18:9-12 and 3rd Nephi: 3:22 )
