7 ) Worldwide Perpetual Education Fund – It was proposed and implemented on March 31, 2001 whereby members donate money that is invested, and the earnings ( therefore the original funds are never exhausted ) are loaned to help people outside the U. S. to get additional education and improve skills so that they can be self-sufficient.  
     
  The debt is then paid back so that the finds can be loaned to others. In just “ three years the fund has been given loans to 18,000 youth.” It is anticipated that many tens of thousands will be helped in the next decade.  
 
  Now that ‛s what
I call perpetual.
 
 
     
  Another way in which it is perpetual can be seen when you consider how many people benefit when even one person
